Finally, I no longer have to go around feeling slightly insane . . . at least one other person “speaks my language,” and that would be Michael Moore. Oddly, during the week Moore’s movie hit theaters, I received an anonymous automated call that said simply: “Don’t kill capitalilsm.” No place to return a call, no request for donations, just “Don’t kill capitalism.”

Dual citizenship is something I’ve thought about for many years, given that my ancestors are from Germany and from Ireland, a country/people that I love. Now, with the real estate crises in the U.S., I may have to retire elsewhere in any case . . .

Wayne Dyer mentioned on one of his TV shows that we no longer can use genetic disposition as an excuse to do or not do anything as current research indicates that we can change our DNA. A recent study, reports National Geographic News, indicates that “Breathing in polluted air may wreak havoc on our DNA, reprogramming genes in as few as three days and causing increased rates of cancer and other diseases.”
